Do you offer gluten-free options?
While we are not a certified gluten-free facility, we do offer a selection of items made without gluten-containing ingredients. However, please be aware that cross-contamination is possible. Please speak with our staff about your specific dietary needs.
Can I place a custom order for a cake or large event?
Absolutely! We love creating custom cakes and catering for special events. We recommend contacting us at least two weeks in advance for custom orders. Please visit our contact page to get in touch and discuss your needs.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We are committed to using high-quality, local ingredients whenever possible. We partner with several local farms for our flour, dairy, eggs, and seasonal produce to ensure the freshest taste and to support our community.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes, we offer a variety of vegan treats and breads daily. Our classic sourdough is naturally vegan, and we always have a selection of vegan pastries and cookies. Ask our staff for today's vegan offerings!
How should I store my bread to keep it fresh?
For crusty loaves like sourdough, we recommend storing them cut-side down on a wooden board, covered with a clean tea towel. This helps maintain the crust's texture. For softer breads, a bread box or a paper bag is ideal. We advise against storing bread in the refrigerator as it can cause it to go stale faster.
Do you sell day-old baked goods?
We bake fresh every single day and do not sell day-old products in our main display. Any unsold items at the end of the day are donated to local food charities to minimize waste and support our community.
Is there parking available at the bakery?
There is street parking available on our block and surrounding streets. Please be mindful of any parking restrictions and time limits.
Do you offer baking classes?

What kind of coffee do you serve?
We proudly serve a locally roasted coffee that pairs perfectly with our baked goods. We offer a full range of espresso drinks, as well as drip coffee and cold brew.
